I’ve deactivated and activated both plug ins. Is that what you mean by reinstalling them?

I updated them both also, and emptied the caché.

Still not working 🙁

I looked at the Conflicts Guide but I cannot run those tests because we don’t have a parallel site.. those trials will impact our readers, don’t they?

Is there anything else we could try? Thanks a lot!
