I did confirm that the order has been marked completed and I am getting the ticket email. I have just identified something new after receiving this reply and double checking. It appears the QR code is being generated in my email when accessed from my computer, however it is not visible when viewing the same email via my iPhone 6 and using the native mail client on iOS to view my email.
Any suggestions on why I may not be getting the QR code to generate in my mobile email?
