    Hello,

    I hope this message finds you doing very well.

    I just purchased Event Tickets Plus to run alongside Events Calendar Pro. Thank you for all of the hard work and support on your free and premium software.

    I am experiencing a couple of issues that I’m hopeful you could help to point me in the right direction on:

    1. The ticket emails that are sent out are great but the QR codes are not being generated on the emails. I’m hopeful I could use these QR codes to assist in event check-in at my music venue so I’d like to get these up and running before I launch my new site.

    2. I have checked the “Try to set the status of new ticket orders to complete automatically” check box in the admin panel and it’s not resulting in orders being marked as complete. I understand that the setting is prefaced with “Try” but I’m hopeful you could give me an idea of how I can achieve this if the admin setting is not working as I had hoped.

    3. Is there any way of disabling the order completed email for ticket sales only? Especially if we are able to achieve the marking of the orders as completed on ticket sales function mentioned in #2 above. It seems a bit redundant to receive 3 emails all at once in that instance.

    1. Can you confirm the QR codes are in fact not being included in the ticket emails (generated by our plugins) rather than the order emails (generated by WooCommerce)? I have a feeling once you address concern #2, the QR issue should resolve itself. Essentially the order needs to be marked as “Complete” in order to trigger our plugin to send the email containing the actual QR code.

    2) WooCommerce has a resource titled ‘Automatically Complete Orders’ which has been a solid solution for this issue. Try it out and please let me know if it works!

    3) Another useful WooCommerce resource titled ‘Unhook/remove WooCommerce Emails’ can help address the seemingly redundant emails. Again, please let me know it this helps.

    Thank you for your speedy reply, Hunter! Much appreciated.

    I did confirm that the order has been marked completed and I am getting the ticket email. I have just identified something new after receiving this reply and double checking. It appears the QR code is being generated in my email when accessed from my computer, however it is not visible when viewing the same email via my iPhone 6 and using the native mail client on iOS to view my email.

    Any suggestions on why I may not be getting the QR code to generate in my mobile email?

    Glad to hear we’re on the right track! Would you mind sending a screenshot of what your screen looks like when viewing the email on your iPhone 6? We don’t have any logged bugs resembling what you’ve described, so a visual of the issue will help immensely.
