Hi Courtney,

I finally had an opportunity to work on the site. Based on the instructions
above, I received the follow debug code.

I also changed the theme to Twenty Fifteen and the page still would not
load with the Event Tickets Plus plugin in activated mode. When I
deactivated the plugin the page loaded under the current theme as well as
the Twenty Fifteen theme.

This is the page I am having trouble with.
