GD module in PHP was installed so it wasn’t a server related issue. ANYWAY, i’ve told the hosting people to give me a hand and as a result the page is DOWN and i’m receiving hundreds of calls from customers that can’t buy their tickets. So i’m regretting having installed this plugin!

YES, order receipts are being sent.
Can you tell me which plugin one might be conflictin? I don’t have the list of plugins installed as the page is Down.

Support for this plugin is a disgrace. It’s pretty expensive and supposedly works out of the box but it doesn’t and no one cares

I’m still having trouble with this.
Moreover, Event Tickets Plus won’t email tickets manually. The thing is I don’t want to do error testing with the site live and already selling tickets for my event.
