Email ticket confirmation bit being sent

Hi,

I have started selling tickets for a show with WooCommerce and Event Tickets Plus in WordPress. I check the order as completed but users are not receiving their tickets.

I’ve read other posts and checked that emails are being sent from the site (woo commerce sends the order confirmation).

Maybe the field “tickets” in “Woocommerce/Settings/Emails/” can be a solution to this problem, but the system doesn’t allow me to make changes to this (though I’m admin).

Any ideas?

I’m still having trouble with this.
Moreover, Event Tickets Plus won’t email tickets manually. The thing is I don’t want to do error testing with the site live and already selling tickets for my event.
