We have narrowed down the issue to BeaverBuilder Page Builder. I will close this issue here and take it up with them. Thank you.
We’re going to be upgrading our theme and page builder this week and will update the event calendar as well. We will update this thread after we upgrade to either closed or need more help.

1) Yes – it is a multisite install
2) Yes – We are using the domain mapping install – here’s a brief video (so I could scroll) that shows all the settings used – https://www.screencast.com/t/EQA5mahui5r.

Can you tell me if this issue is actively being worked on by Modern Tribe and if/when there might be a fix coming?

We reverted back to twenty-sixteen with no luck and then I deactivated all the plugins and still no luck. This is happening across all our sites right now (not just the URL you referenced – see also https://ptofficedemoaz.ptoffice.com/), so the URL of that one image isn’t the issue either. I also see that other users are complaining of the same issue. I need to revert back to an old back up point at this time. If this issue gets fixed, please let me know as this most recent build build did fix another issue my customers were having (not seeing events in the last month of a multiple month item. i.e. Event goes from 12/25-1/5 wasn’t being seen in January.
THanks, Geoff. I have installed and run the plugin to no avail. It’s still spinning the status wheel and it looks like the formatting is gone, too (not due to this new plugin, but something I didn’t write before). Any other ideas?
