    Hi Courtney,
    Yes, I do see the plug in license there. My problem isn’t that I can’t download, but I didn’t want to do that before resolving the billing issue in case you needed to cancel that order and start a new order or something.

    My issue is really that I hope to get the charged removed from my credit card in favor of the non-profit coupon (should have made it a zero charge).
