System didn’t accept non-profit code

Hello! We applied and were accepted for non-profit assistance, and were given the code This morning I did put it in the coupon code section, but it appears that the system didn’t take it and charged my card for $89 anyway.

Can I get help with that?

We have not yet downloaded the files though.

Account, email, and coupon removed as this is a public pre-sales ticket.

Yes, I do see the plug in license there. My problem isn’t that I can’t download, but I didn’t want to do that before resolving the billing issue in case you needed to cancel that order and start a new order or something.

My issue is really that I hope to get the charged removed from my credit card in favor of the non-profit coupon (should have made it a zero charge).
