ParticipantHey there,
The timezone is UTC +0. I also set another installation with my own city as the timezone (Dublin) and this has no effect – it still shows yesterday’s club night’s first. ( http://www.littledesign.ie/wp3/events/)

ParticipantHi Rob,
If you take a look at this page, http://yellozoo.com/events/, you’ll see upcoming events start from yesterday 30th May. Obviously, if you click on that event you get the “this event has passed” msg.William
ParticipantNo help there, I’m afraid.. Even on my simple plain vanilla twenty-eleven wp test server it’s displaying last night’s club…

Participant“advanced custom post type tags”? Sorry, I meant to say Advanced Custom Field tags/functions… like these: http://www.advancedcustomfields.com/docs/functions/the_field/

ParticipantFor anybody who is interested, I managed to get this sorted using information from this thread: https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/is-it-possible-to-add-additional-fields-to-venues/
I used the (excellent) Advanced Custom Fields plugin (http://www.advancedcustomfields.com/), where you can set up a metabox with drop downs, text fields, whatever you like, and associate it with the venue post type. Then, it’s simply a matter of over-riding the single-venue.php template and adding the advanced custom post type tags.
SORTED! 🙂
