Yeah no problem. Having 2 payments before a ticket is generated is ideal. I have been testing the Subscriptio addon, which allows me to set a ticket as a subscription, however the ticket is still generated immediately. This will work, with some auditing, but it would be awesome if we could work with this or something else to require the 2nd payment first. I appreciate any suggestions!
