This appears to be resolved. Looks like the RSVP Sale Start and End Date were set to a very small window on the event date. I’m not sure how this happened since the effected events were receiving RSVPs just fine up until the most recent update, but once we reset the sale date range, everything went back to working as expected.

i was running into this issue as well. Is it possible that it is jetpack inserting related posts after the content. You can look for #jp-relatedposts on the div surrounding the related posts to check. If so, you just need to go to Jetpack > Settings > Engagement and disable Related Posts.
