Hi Brian,
Thank you for the information, I think I have found a work around it.
I have implemented an additional widget section within the events page template (only on events system) and then set the widget visibility to appear on all events pages with the link as active by default.
However when the user goes to a non event page, it will return to the automatic system for recognising pages and custom post types.
Thank you for your advice.

artworkcreativeParticipantHi Brian,
Is there a conditional tag to cover all event views in one?
Thanks,
SamartworkcreativeParticipantHi Leah,
Thank you for informing me of this development. I think this will be a great fix and beneficial for hopefully not just myself but others.Any idea on time scale for the new release?

Sam
artworkcreativeParticipantHi Barry,
Due to the structure of our website, it replies heavily on custom posts types and the custom permalinks used currently allow for the archive pages to link to single pages within the WordPress theme structure. Like Lee, I would like to have both plugins activate, however if this is not possible I would guess it would be easier to find a way to outline a custom post type permalink manually in comparison to changing the permalink from the event system however I could be wrong about that. However until a solution is found, it is a balance act for me as I have to consider what is more impacting for the user, not being able to upload recurring event (uncharged feature on the website) or unable to access individual records (charged feature for providers), with this in mind that was reasoning for disabling the recurring events temporarily.
Thank you for your advice about the community event, I will have a look at that and if I have any issues, I will post a new thread on Community forum.
I will continue to investigate a custom permalink solution and will of course report back anything I find.
Thanks,
Sam
artworkcreativeParticipantHi Barry,
After going through the stages a few times, I managed to get the recurring event to work, however as I was unable to activate the custom post types permalinks (whilst recurring events work), this impacted on the sites performance. With this in mind, how can i disable the option for recurring events within the community system or general, until I can find a another solution to resolve the conflict?
Regards,
Sam
artworkcreativeParticipantI have just checked it, I completed the process of adding an recurring event through the dashboard and still get the same result.
One weird thing I saw was that the perms link read website/event/testing-3/all/, is that perms link structure correct as I would have thought the event should be last bit of URL?
Sam
artworkcreativeParticipantPosted again, should now be above.
Currently I am only aware of this occurring on community entered events however I will trial a new event and produce it manually. I will let you know the outcome.
Thanks,

I have completed all of your steps and still have the same outcome. It still displays a 400 Bad Request.
I have updated the Pro plugin as saw there was update due however that did not appear to have any impact.
Would really appreciate any more advice.
Regards,
SamartworkcreativeParticipantHi Casey,
Thanks for your response, I have been messing around with the template files and appear to have resolved it.
Regards,
SamartworkcreativeParticipantHi Kelly,
Thats fine, I have added a new option within the class-wc-emails.php located in the Woo Commerce classes folder.
The code with amends:
// Send the mail
wp_mail( get_option(‘woocommerce_stock_email_recipient’), $subject, $message, $headers, $attachments, ‘-fmyemailaddress );Fingers crossed, it works 🙂
Thanks,
Sam
artworkcreativeParticipantHi Kelly,
I looked through the files that you outlined. The ticket.php file appears to be involved in the checkout process. The other two files appear to refer to the layout of the emails and not the code that controls where the email is sent and its header data, unless I have missed something?
Thanks,
Sam
artworkcreativeParticipantHi Kelly,
Thank you for the quick reply, I will have look later and let you know the outcome.
