Hi Rob,

Thanks so much for your offer of help, however the host for this site is very clear that he does not want anyone else to be given admin privileges.

Today I deactivated/reactivated only a few plug-ins as I need to keep most of them. No change with the issue. The issue may be specific to the theme – I don’t know. Looks like we will have to go with the client logging in as me.

Thanks, Rob. There is only one level of administrator for the site, so that is not what’s going on.

The site is active, although not high traffic. I will try deactivating plugins this weekend when it is slower. Worst case scenario the client can log in as me, but my preference is to get the issue fixed. I will post again, either way.
