Thanks for your answer.
After using the actual harddisc on another test computer everything works great.
So I switched into DEBUG mode on the production system and the error was away even after switching DEBUG mode off everything is working great now 😉

Thank for reply.
We have disabled WPML and are now able to create Woo-Tickets.
