    Hallo Markus,
    Hans-Gerd

    Hi Geoff,
I’m already registered and wanted to change that as well. But Recurrence Rules and Add another rule is missing, so I have no way to translate these terms. Once in the listbox is also missing. I see no way to add these terms in translation.

    Sincerely

    Hello,
why is this marked as “solved” ? – The terms are still missing in the translation of Community Events !
    Sincerely

    Hi,
i think also, that the 404-problem is not fixed yet – the solution is only a workaround for this problem.
May be Dutch users have to use something like “voeg toe” or “voeg_toe” and “evenement” or “evenementen”:
    ../evenementen/community/voeg_toe

    Hey George,
I’m very sorry that I could not formulate such clear my questions. My English skills are not so sufficient to formulate these questions well.
In fact, I had always assumed that I have to create the changes in the source of the events calendar.
But through your kind help I have now realized that the changes are to be realized in the theme.
I think that I can implement the changes so well, as I imagine it.

Thanks again for the great help. Should I have any further questions on this subject, I will contact you again.

    Hey George,
unfortunately this is not what I mean.
I had already read the information on the website https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/custom-event-queries/ earlier. But the central point is that I do not know exactly where the code snippets that are described therein, must be integrated.
It would be very helpful for me, if I had it a complete example, for example, a modified loop.php.

In other words: The problem for me is not to understand the programming of the code snippets, which are described on the above website, but integrating them into a PHP file (which ? – where ?).

Sorry, but it’s also difficult to describe, in fact.

    Many thanks for help

    Cheers

    Hey George,
many thanks for your quick reply.
It’s difficult, but I will try:
The events should be shown in the following order
    1. Events that take place exactly on that day
    2. Current events, which start at this day
    3. Series Dates (Permanent Dates) on this day
Events, do not start that day, should not be shown.

I have tried to override the template in my theme by creating a file at [your-theme]/tribe-events/list/loop.php, but it does not work properly

    Many thanks for your help

    Cheers

    Hi Stephan,
    yes its possible:
If the language file is not completely translated, then download the MO file from
    http://translations.theeventscalendar.com/projects
and copy it in the folder
    ..\ wp-content \ plugins \ the-events-calendar-community events \ lang

I will write you a message to the mailadress I found on your website

    Cheers

    Hi Stephan,
great – I am happy that I could help you.
@Stephan:super, dass es bei Dir auch geklappt hat. Den rot markierten Hinweis habe ich auch, scheint aber kein großes Problem zu sein. Allerdings läuft meine Seite noch nicht im Echtbetrieb
    Cheers

    Hello Stephan,
I have made it this way:

    1. Download on https://theeventscalendar.com/my-account/downloads/
    2. deinstall plugin version 3.11
    3. install plugin version 3.10

That might be easier than the solution of Antonio
    Good luck

    Hi Stephan,
I just installed the old version of this plugin (Community Events 3.10) on my local server.
The plugin now works properly again.
That is perhaps for you a temporary solution that will help you.
    Download on https://theeventscalendar.com/my-account/downloads/

    @Brook
: family first! – good luck

    Howdy Brook,
I have tried to fix the problem with the described solutions but unfortunately without success:
    1. Flush Permalinks
    2. Try pasting snippets in my functions.php file.
    3. error page 404 appears only when trying to add a new event.
    4. All other event sites work well.

Further information please see private reply
