Thanks for the reply Brian. Removing the location in the theme isn’t going to remove it from the Admin Panel, which is where the people are creating hundreds of duplicate locations.
I can manually enter in the location via the Event template directly, which isn’t hard, but then if the users continue to duplicate locations the taxonomy for the locations is going to bloat up. Here’s a quick screenshot showing just how many times I’ve deleted duplicates.

I know it’s not really the fault of the plugin, I was just hoping there would have been a way to disable locations, or create a default. No huge issue that there isn’t, but I think a great setting would be for a Default Location to be set on a new Event creation. I’m sure there are thousands who use this plugin and have one location that they’re reusing.
