    Sorry, I don’t know how to bold text. Also, I don’t know why that first fake URL got messed up, the &#8243 is not supposed to be there.

    Rob, good suggestion! I did just that, and it solved the problem. I was just worried that deactivating ECP would remove all of my newly created recurring events.
