I am so sorry.
I never had the idea to click on Karten.
Perhaps you should better up your documentation.
I believed Karten belongs to google maps, the german word for google maps ist Karten or Landkarten.
The german word for ticket is Ticket or Eintrittskarten or Teilnahmekarten not Karten, Karten means streetmaps or road maps (Landkarten)

Hello Josh, you are right I am not able to see this ticket information.
I change to the theme an deactived all plugins ecept woocommerc, wooticket and eventscalendar. Test with chrome an firefox no change. Followed all your instructions. Still no ticket information showing up.
