GoDaddy built our site and, I believe, backs it up every day. I edit the content and add plugins that we need. The instructions to revert to a default WordPress theme is something I’ve never done. I assume that taking the steps you recommend on a maintenance page plugin will not effect our live website, but provide the info I need.

Here are links to view the attendee info that I’m trying to collect and to the tickets that I’ve created. The attendee info that I’m not capturing is the checkbox for “I’m buying tickets for a table of 8” and the text field, “names and emails for whom I’m buying a ticket.” (I deleted the second check box that I originally had.)

ParticipantYour link to a screenshot didn’t work. I found product edit in Woocommerce and have uploaded an image to 2 possible areas, but the image does not show up in the cart (see screenshot I included in my initial post). I’m including a screenshot of the two places in Woocommerce “edit product” that I’ve uploaded an image.
