Jaime, thanks for your reply. The point of my initial email was to
highlight that Modern Tribe has a PR problem as much as a technical
problem. You need to stop pointing people to the aggregator status page
and, instead, prepare a statement about where you are technologically in
solving the problem with FB, efforts being made to work around the problem
(i.e., having the Event Aggregator work better with URLs so that people do
not have to rely on FB events, but rather can get the info directly from
the source) and how you might address refunds should you not be able to
improve the Event Aggregator. You have some quality products, but people
will get a sour taste about Modern Tribe and its products if you do not
tackle this issue head on. Indeed, it may already be too late.
