Additional info:
I can upload images from the back end. The problem is that is not possible for the users.

Also, I have this message constantly at the WP Dashboard: To begin using The Events Calendar: Community Events Tickets, please install and activate the latest versions of Event Tickets, Event Tickets Plus, The Events Calendar, Community Events, and WooCommerce.

These are all activated and updated.

It is not the image size. We’ve checked for error messages too, the debug doesn’t show anything.

Please let me know what you need for testing at our site.

The problem occurs only when the user tries to upload an image.
If you don’t want to add an image you can submit the event.
