    Hi again Jonah,

That’s really strange that you cannot see the issue. If you load the calendar, click on August 2013, and then select Performances from the filter, are you seeing Performances for August 2013? Because it takes me back to July 2013. I’ve seen this behavior on Safari, Firefox, Chrome, and IE and in OS X and Windows. My client also sees it as well. Unfortunately it seems as though I cannot fix it, so I will use the less desirable option of showing everything in lists, as that works okay.

    Thanks for your time!

    Hi Jonah,

Unfortunately I still don’t have it fixed, and it’s curious that it works okay on your end. If I am in the calendar for this month and click on the Classes link in the filter, it correctly shows only the Classes category and the title says Events for July 2013 > Classes. However, if I click on August, it will not show only the Classes category, instead showing a different category (Exhibits), and the title only says Events for August 2013. The strange thing is, if I reload the page, it displays correctly, with the title showing Events for August 2013 > Classes and only the correct event displaying. Are you able to duplicate this, and, if so, any suggestions on a fix?

    Hi Andy,

Thanks for the recommendation for the Category Colors plugin. This actually works quite nicely, and if I can’t fix the above I could use this as a temporary solution until the official Filter plugin is released. The only thing is, for those days with more than five events, it could be difficult for a user to see that there are events on that day for the selected category because only “View All” is highlighted.

Thanks to you both for your help!

    Hi Jonah,
Thanks for your fast reply! I actually figured it out. In the Settings page, I had the “Show only the first instance of each recurring event” option ticked in the “Recurring event instances” section. Once I unchecked that box, it all worked perfectly!

The last issue I have is getting the next/previous month links to show the right information when a specific category is selected (I made another thread here: https://tri.be/support/forums/topic/nextprevious-month-links-do-not-work-with-category/). Any ideas on how to fix this?

    Thanks again!

Hi Jonah, thanks for your message, and I see we have the same first name. 🙂
Please find a screenshot of how the event is set up here: https://www.dropbox.com/s/kpcg3lm4jnuyqhh/RecurringEvent.png

Any help would be great, as right now it’s not working in the way we expected and my client would really like to use the recurring events feature.

    All the best.

I was wondering if anyone could help elaborate on how I can get the Related Events to appear below the Woo Tickets box. I’m new to PHP, but from what I saw in single-event.php, the Related Events and Woo Tickets box are being called together via “do_action( ‘tribe_events_single_event_after_the_meta’ ) “. I’ve been looking through the files but can’t seem to find where the code is putting the Related Events before the ticket box. My client wants the ticket box right after the description but also wants the Related Events box, just to appear at the end of the page. Unless I can get that working the Woo Tickets plugin we purchased will unfortunately not work for our purposes.

Any advice as to in what file the Related Events box is being told to display before the ticket box, and how I could switch them around? Thanks!
