no – i know where the Org puts his email address, but i need to test it in PP Sandbox – I’m Doug’s WP developer, but i’m not familiar with PP’s new Developer area. I see where the Business and Personal accounts are created in PP Sandbox – is that where I enable the Organizer’s email address for testing?

yes, thanks – i didn’t realize that a plugin would negate Woocommerce PP functionality

oh – how exactly do i enable an organizer’s email? in the Business addresses in Sandbox?

thanks – this sounds like the problem: “…that all accounts – including that of the organizer – are also Sandbox-enabled”

this was of course not explained anywhere that I could find in your directions for setting Paypl/Sandbox/Split Payments up.

also, i’m not sure what you mean that i have two gateways setp – i’ll look and figure it out. Do you mean that there are different PayPal API credentials?

My mistake, Barry – i discovered that the “test funds” WERE sent to the Receiver #1 – but the payment still wasn’t split and part sent on to Receiver #2.

never mind. found it under Events – Settings – Community Events (at the top, NOT on the sidebar, for some reason!!!)

First off, Brook (or whomever) – I am TICKLED TO DEATH with the efficacy of this software. You’ve anticipated most every need a Ticket Broker and Event Coordinator might have. thanks much.

oh, by the way, i’m Glenn, Doug’s developer – I’m the one who’s really been writing to you mostly.

anyway – my (last?) question regards the Attendee management capability. How is it exactly that this program is to be coordinated with an event’s gate personnel in order to verify attendance? haven’t been able to find anything on that in your KB/Forums…

Another solution would be to set up a purchase link for the Cummunity Plug in for the difference we paid for the Event Calandar Pro and the Community Plug in. Either way we need to resolve this ASAP. thanks Doug Z

Brook – my client would like to accept the refund and purchase the Comm Manager Bundle, As Soon As Possible, if you can do this for us.
