ParticipantHi…I just started using ECP and I’m having an issue with the margins. If you look at http://www.attunementpractitioners.org/events/ you will see that there is zero margin for the title, “Upcoming Events”, and the also for the event listings on the page. And there would also be zero margin for the header and footer if I hadn’t styled it with one. The same is true for the month view. Interestingly, when you click any of the events to see the individual listing, those pages have the appropriate margins. Any help would be appreciated! Thanks, Tom

ParticipantHi Tom,
You have complete control over styling over margins and everything else style wise via your theme’s style.css file or our plugins /wp-content/plugins/the-events-calendar/resources/events.css file. If you want to make changes to the plugins CSS, make sure you make a copy and place in an ‘events’ folder in your theme.
Basically, you’ll need to target things via CSS and style them how you want. Good luck!

ParticipantThanks Jonah, I’ll have a look. Any idea why the individual event listings have the same nice margins as everything else on my site, but the group listings have zero?

ParticipantHmmm…my theme does not seem to have an “events” folder. Nor can I find any “events.css” in my theme folders. Any ideas?

ParticipantHi Tom,
Your theme does not come with an ‘events’ folder, or at least very likely does not. You have to create it yourself if you want to override any of the core template files like the /wp-content/plugins/the-events-calendar/resources/events.css file. If you want to edit that file, just place a copy in an ‘events’ folder in your theme. I would suggest just adding CSS to your themes style.css file though.
