Jamie
ParticipantHi,
iCal URL: http://outlook.office365.com/owa/calendar/[email protected]/0fa2780cc6c74cb289c4f249791f86ba10087683246336078397/calendar.ics
iCal Provider: Office365
Website backend: OutlookI’m trying to use the iCal importer. First off I found all my ‘all day events’ were duplicating on certain days. I found this issue on the forum and set the day ends to 4am, this didn’t work.
To resolve this; I deleted all my events, emptied them from the trash in the plug in, then I changed all my events in the outlook calendar to have a duration of 18hours (so the end would be on the same day as the start).
When I tried to import I received the Your search returned no results. Please adjust your search. After trying multiple dates and radius’s with no luck, I turned to the forums.
I then used https://tribe.slack.com/files/nico/F0PMGPVD0/clear_deleted_events.php this in my functions.php file and ran it. Didn’t work.
I then installed https://wordpress.org/plugins/search.php?q=delete+revision and it didn’t show any events to remove. I also tried disabling my plugins (I hadn’t added any new ones since the original import which was working) and it still didn’t work. The theme hasn’t changed since it was originally working. Please help.
Many thanks
Jamie.

ParticipantHey Jamie,
Thanks for reaching out to us!
I’m sorry to hear that you’re having these issues with our plugin. It looks like you’ve taken the appropriate steps so far in attempting to resolve this one.
As an initial step, do you have access to review the entries in your database? If so, take a search through your posts table and see if you have any of the “deleted_event” posts still in there. This will be to verify if the snippet that you’ve got added is effectively removing the imported events from the database which would then allow you to see and re-import the events.
Let me know what you find.
Thanks!
