I noticed since the update that the site name is no longer populating in the subject area of the ticket email. How can I fix this? I am not seeing it in the ticket email.php file.

Can you login to your site and visit WooCommerce → Settings → Email then locate and edit the Tickets email? Within that screen, change the text {sitename} to {site_title} and save.
