    Basically as the title suggests, I get the message ‘You’ll receive your tickets in another email.’ in my order receipt but then I never receive the tickets in a new email?

    I either need to receive the email or remove that line from the receipt.

    We are sorry to hear about the ticket email never being sent.
    I would love to help you with this topic.

    For the ticket email to arrive, you need to set the order to “Complete”.
    This triggers the ticket email.

    You could also use a snippet that automatically sets the status of the order to “Complete” if you prefer.
