Wrong renewal license.

    Apparently, I’ve renewed the wrong license. *license key removed

    I should have renewed for Event Tickets Plus. Is there a way to transfer the payment to the right product?

    Hi,

    Thanks for using our plugins. I can help out here.

    I have gone ahead and added a year to the Event Tickets Plus License and you should see the expiration date now into next year.

    Let me know if there are any issues.

    Also, I removed your license key in your ticket, this is a public forum and those keys should never be placed in public threads. We also have access to your account and for the most part do not need that key.
