ParticipantIn our last event we had 2 kind of tickets and the statistics given by the Participants page does not match the list of attendee on the very same page.
Tickets
Capitaine de soirée (0% alcool): Sold 19 (units remaining: 0)
Enfant (pas) sage: Sold 101 (units remaining: 0)
Total Tickets Sold: 120
Paid/Complete: 120
Pending Action: 0
Total RSVPs: 0
Going: 0
Not Going: 0
Checked in: 0
Deleted Attendees: 12Counting manually we get actually 18 Capitaine de soirée and 95 Enfant (pas) sage. What gives ?
Best regard

ParticipantHowdy Edouard,
I would love to help you with this.
The discrepancy likely stems from the 12 deleted attendees shown there. When an attendee is deleted after their order completes, they will continue to be counted on the order paid/sold category but will no longer appear in the list underneath.
It is showing 120 attendees, -12 that were deleted. Thus the total would be 108. You are saying there were 95 sold for one type, and 18 of the other, thus 108 total. So the numbers should all be accurate.
Does that all make sense?
Cheers!

ParticipantNo it does not make sense since 95 + 18 is not equal to 108.
If such complex mathematical sums are confusing you, feel free to use a calculator 😉

ParticipantDoh! I had a brain fart there.
Upon investigating this further I found one other topic with a similar issue. In it the user was saying that this discrepancy only arises for events that have had refunds issued through Woo. A couple of us are investigating this further, trying to reproduce this issue.
Thank for your patience over the extended holiday. I will get back to you first thing Monday with the result of this investigation, if not later today.
Cheers!

KeymasterHey there! This thread has been pretty quiet for the last three weeks, so we’re going to go ahead and close it to avoid confusion with other topics. If you’re still looking for help with this, please do open a new thread, reference this one and we’d be more than happy to continue the conversation over there.
Thanks so much!
