    Hello,

    When orders are cancelled through woocommerce, the number of available tickets does not match. How can it be fixed ?

    The Event Ticket plus interface suggest adjusting the number in woocommerce but setting the correct number of available tickets in woocommerce does not change anything.

    Is there a way to really synchronize them ?

    Thanks for reaching out!

    After cancelling an order through WooCommerce, you will need to go back and adjust the stock manually. You can do this directly in the ticket edit form – this article has some instructions and screenshots.

    Can you give this a try and let me know if it works for you?

    Increasing the stock solves the problem client side but it messes up our administrative numbers.
