    My name is Ryan. We have a serious issue that I found a topic on in the forum, however it was posted over 3 years ago and the software has change significantly. We have recived an order for tickets using the Tickets Plus Plugin.. The order processed fine through PayPal. An the number of tickets sold says 2. The amount of money collected was the right amount for 2 tickets. However, when I went to look at the tickets, there were 4 unique tickets with 4 different security codes sent to the user. Which means they just got $176 worth in tickets for free!!! I have tested the plugin several times and have used it several times for close to a year and have never seen this happen. In fact I tested this exact ticket several times using different gateways and never seen this happen. Please help! Thank you

    Hey Ryan,

    Really sorry to hear about this issue—you are right that a few folks over the years have had similar instances of this happening.

    It’s unfortunately a tricky issue that is notoriously hard, if not thus far impossible, for us to reproduce.

    Your description of things seems to imply that even you, yourself, cannot reliably reproduce this problem. Is that true? Or are you able to reproduce this issue with other orders or tickets?
