ParticipantHi guys,
We are using Eventica theme with The Events Calendar PRO and Community Events.
Everything seems to be working fine but when WPML is active users are not able to publish, see or edit their own events after submission. The problem is also with Admins as the events don’t show up in the Draft or Publish events even though the number of Events increases. If we deactivate WPML everything works fine.
Is there any solution for this?
Thanks

MemberHi there, Padrao! Thanks for getting in touch and welcome to the forums. 🙂
Sorry for the trouble here. There are indeed conflicts that exist between The Events Calendar and WPML. We’re definitely interested in making the plugins more compatible–there are things we can do on our end but things that also must be done on the other end as well–but unfortunately the two are incompatible for the time being.
We do have a feature request to improve compatibility on our UserVoice forum. It wold be great to have you add your vote there, and subscribe to get updates on the progress of that development.
Sorry I don’t have a concrete solution for you here, but I do hope this helps clarify things a bit.
Cheers!

ParticipantHi,
got the same problem and was happy to find this threat.
Geoff, do you know if there isany other multilanguage plugin which is compatible with events calendar community?
Otherwise we are very happy with events calendarcommunity. Thanks, Simone

MemberHi Simone and thanks for chiming in here!
That is an excellent question. Unfortunately, I am unaware of a multilingual plugin that is 100% compatible, but qTranslate and WPML are the primary ones we’re looking into the most. I wish I had something on our radar that I could share as far as timeframes, but following the Uservoice thread is the best way to stay updated for the time being.
Cheers and thanks for your support!

ParticipantHi Geoff,
Thanks for your answer. We will then wait for compatibility and will place a thread about it also on WPML suporte.
