WPML Compatibility Timeline

Hello,

I am currently developing a website for a client, and require event registration in three languages. I see that Tribe is now working on WPML support, and was wondering if I could get a rough timeline.

If it’s scheduled to be ready relatively soon, I can tell my clients to purchase The Events Calender now, and then add the other languages when the WPML compatibility update is ready. Without a rough timeline, I can’t make that case to the client.

Howdy Allan,

I just checked in on our logs. It looks like as of Thursday we are 68% done. But of course in software development all estimates are best guesses, as there are always unknowns. A bug can crop up at any minute and delay you considerably.

Currently it is on track to be released with version 3.12. But, if something unforeseeable ends up delaying it, it could take longer.

Thank you, that’s exactly what I needed! I looked at the release notes, and it appears 3.12 will be out relatively soon.

Is 4-8 weeks a reasonable estimate?
