ParticipantMy apologies in advance if I just haven’t dug in the right areas, but is there any mechanism that would allow a given user to see all of the tickets they have purchased?
While we have the “transactions” page on the site to show all purchases, these often also include products. Likewise, they can go to the given event, but it doesn’t appear that there is any indication that they have purchased 1 or more tickets to that Event.
So, I don’t know if this is a request for some guidance/tutoring, or if this is a “New Feature Request”.
If this is not an existing feature, one potential approach is that there be a Setting toggle to “show attendees” for a given Event (which would work for small event organizers, not large scale stuff), -OR- a Setting toggle to “show if I’m attending” switch for a given Event that would simply appear at/near the Ticket area showing if/how many tickets the User has purchased.
Thought? Ideas? Did I miss an existing feature, or is this something you might consider for future releases?

MemberHello upstreme,
Thanks for contacting us. No need to apologize! This is exactly what these forums are for!
You are correct, we unfortunately don’t have that feature right now. Here is the UserVoice post with what I think you are requesting https://tribe.uservoice.com/forums/195723-feature-ideas/suggestions/4471845-add-a-view-attendees-option-that-shows-attending
As far as your other question, if I understand correctly, in theory it could work right now, mostly out of the box. I believe there are parts of WooCommerce that allow customers to go back and review/view prior purchases, but perhaps not in the fashion you are looking for.
Does this make sense? Let me know if I can explain anything else!
Cheers!

ParticipantCasey,
Thanks – your reference/link is effectively what I was looking for – something on the Event itself to entice others to sign up based on those already booked. Based on your response, it doesn’t sound like that is on the “enhancement request” list, yet. How would I go about submitting that as a candidate?
You are also correct regarding WPEC – there is a “purchase history” tab that shows transactions that went off to PayPal (successful or not). However, we have “free” events where we skip the call to PayPal, but the User still gets a ticket and they show up on the Event record as an attendee. In that case, there is nothing on the “purchase” history for that event… and there is nothing on the Event page itself to help them either. Again, I think this is a potential “enhancement request” candidate… so any guidance you can give on how to submit a proposal for that list would be appreciated.

MemberWe’d love for you to submit your idea to our UserVoice forum. We take user ideas and contributions very seriously, and many times their ideas end up in our future releases.
Sorry I couldn’t be more helpful. If it helps, the features you ask for are highly requested and are under active development. We don’t share our release schedule, but it is a feature at the top of our list.
Cheers!
