WP Plugin Question

I have the license

but the issue is when I add this to the license section, the key would save and it would say my key is valid. However, once I leave the page, and return to the license, the key I originally inputted is gone. If I go to the event adds-on, the the page has the option for me to add Pro features but I already have pro. Is something wrong? Please do suggest fix.

That is strange – can I ask if you to confirm:

* Which versions of both The Events Calendar and Events Calendar PRO you are currently using?
* If you have tried deactivating all other plugins and reverting to a default, unmodified theme – and if the problem still persists under those conditions?
