ParticipantHello Modern Tribe team,
We have a personal license to Event Calendar Pro. Within the WordPress Admin, we are told to login to renew our subscription. However, under License Keys in our Modern Tribe account, we are told the license is good until February 26, 2019. Any ideas?
Thank you!

MemberHi James!
Thanks for getting in touch with us!
I’ve just checked and your license seems to have expired on 2018-01-18
The date you are seeing (February 26, 2019) is for your license subscription. This means it should be renewed on that date, but I can see that you have a failed order for your license purchase made on February 20, 2019.
You can login to your account and verify the status of your orders > https://theeventscalendar.com/my-account/
If you need further assistance with your license purchase please get in touch with us via email using our contact form > https://theeventscalendar.com/contact/
Thanks,

ParticipantHello Victor,
Thank you for your reply! When I followed your link to the Contact Page, it just linked me back to the forum… so I’m not sure who to follow up with on this.
When I logged into our account, the license had been renewed. Perfect! However, it’s showing we were charged twice for the license renewal. Not good.
Any suggestions?

MemberHi James!
I’m sorry for a bit of delay in getting back to you. I had to reach out to the team for some help with this.
Don’t worry about reaching out to us via email. I was able to take care of this. Let me tell you the details:
It seems there was a problem when you renewed your license that somehow caused the license to be added twice in the same order, thus also charging you double the amount for it. We are already investigating why this happen so we can fix it.
We’ve gone ahead and issued a partial refund for that order (corresponding to one of the licenses for $89) and the funds should be back in your account within 5-10 business days.
You can get your license keys in your licenses page > https://theeventscalendar.com/my-account/license-keys/ and also see and edit the status of your subscriptions from https://theeventscalendar.com/my-account/subscriptions/
We apologize for the inconvenience. Please let me know if you have any follow up questions.
Best,
