ParticipantI have just been running some tests and i’m not receiving a ticket in an email. Nor is it sending a separate email with just the ticket.
The ticket is a pdf file. All woocommerce template files are up to date with my theme.
Both the virtual and downloadable boxes are checked. Woocommerce automatically confirms a payment when I use paypal. My Woocommerce status is saying that the memory limit needs to be brought up to 64MB. Not sure if that could be the cause.

MemberHi,
Thanks for using WooCommerce Tickets. I can help you out here.
The tickets are not attached as a pdf to the order.
Tickets are sent inside an email as html after an order is marked as complete in WooCommerce.
Are you not getting the email after you have marked an order complete?
If you would like a good overview of the purchase Process start on section 3 of the New User Primer for WooCommerce Tickets
https://theeventscalendar.com/support/documentation/wootickets-new-user-primer/
Let me know what you find out and if we need to do some troubleshooting.
Thanks

ParticipantHey Brian. No, I’m not getting the ticket email even though woocommerce has automatically marked the order complete. I’m still troubleshooting myself.

MemberOk let me know what you find out.
You may also try the Testing for Conflicts Guide and See if that finds the source of the issue:
https://theeventscalendar.com/support/documentation/testing-for-conflicts/
Let me know and we can go from there.
Thanks

ParticipantI figured most of it out. While I don’t know the specific reason why, once I moved Woo tickets to a host other than godaddy.com I had no issue with the tickets.

MemberI am glad to see you were able to fix this issue.
It could be the php mailer causes the email to be labeled as SPAM when sent from GoDaddy or if you are using SMTP there could be a conflict there. I find emails sent from my website can have strange issues such as this as well.
Since the issue is resolved I am going to go ahead and close this ticket. If you have a similar issue or another in the future, please do not hesitate to create a new ticket.
Thanks!
