    Great question, haikdl! 🙂

Have you had a chance to check out our Themer’s Guide, linked in the sidebar. That gives you a detailed rundown of all the files for doing overrides.

Please check it out and let me know how you get on. Thanks!

Hi, haikdl. That does sound odd.

Would you mind sending me a screenshot of the WooCommerce orders page so that I can see what’s going on with them? Thanks!

If you post them in a private reply like the one you just posted, I can get them that way and immediately take them down. Would that work?

I just canceled my host and got a new host. Turns out the problem is network solutions. HORRIBLE. Php mail function does not work properly on their server and their SMTP connection is basically useless

Well, that’s great to know. I’m sorry for you having to deal with switching servers, but nice work figuring it out!

Does that mean you’re all set here? 🙂

Ok so I’m having more issues now… I just switched servers but now when a customer clicks the quantity of tickets they want and adds it to cart nothing happens

Hi, haikdl. THat does sound frustrating.

I was just on your site and was able to add a ticket to my cart (http://d.pr/i/9NVh). Would you mind clearing your browser’s cache and trying again? Thanks!

As it has been a month since there’s been activity here, I’m closing this thread.
