Hello. I bought WooTickets and expect(ed?) to turn over ticketing to WooTickets and my eshop in general to WooCommerce. When I post a WooCommerce regular product, things look good so far. However, a WooTicket breaks my layout. So, clearly, the difference is with WooTickets. Can you please help me fix this as quickly as possible? I confess I’m on deadline to post several events, so any help at your absolute earliest is appreciated.

Sample WooCommerce item (generally looks good, though of course it’s a dummy item and I haven’t walked through everything).

Sample WooTicket, which breaks the theme.

Note that when I revert the theme to 2011 WordPress default theme, and turn off all plugins except Woocommerce, Events Calendar, and Woo Tickets the same sidebar problem appears. So, clearly it is an issue internal to WooTickets.

I hope to hear from you at your earliest.

    Hi xg5tat,

I don’t think this is anything to do with WooTickets – rather it is to do with our core plugin, The Events Calendar, and how its content is being displayed.

In the first instance can you visit Events > Settings > Template and try changing the default template setting: if it is currently Default Event Template for instance try toggling it to Default Page Template and see if that helps.

If not we can take things forward from there.
