    Hi there,
When the WooTickets plugin is active on my site, and I try to upload a new image anywhere, I get an HTTP error, and the file that is uploaded appears to be corrupt or incomplete – it just shows as the grey box, without displaying the image (see attachment). When I deactivate the WooTickets plugin, it works perfectly.

I have gone through and tested all the plugins and the theme, and it is WooTickets combined with my theme, Harmony (by Elegant Themes). It appears to be a theme conflict with the most recent update – I was wondering if there was a way to get around this?

I’m not sure when this occurred, since after the last update/s it has made me re-enter the key twice, despite me having already entered it at installation, and it working fine. The plugin itself works fine, as in, people can buy tickets, it just seems at this stage to be the images not loading, though it’s possible that other elements have been affected that I haven’t noticed yet.

I don’t have accounts with those image providers so just added a post with the screenshot in it to the site. After deactivating the plugin obviously : ) http://www.newroxy.com/moderntribe-screenshot/

    Thank you very much,
    Jessica

    Hi,

Thanks for using our plugins. I can try to help troubleshoot this with you, but we are limited in supporting 3rd party coding.

The license is only needed for updates so it does not matter if active or not the plugin will work.

I can try to help narrow down the cause of the conflict to the exact coding, but I am not going to be able to provide a fix if it is in the theme.

Please setup WordPress Debug to see what errors are showing when you try to recreate the issue a couple times in this file: /wp-content/debug.log

Let me know what you find out.

    Thanks
