A client has had 4 orders for tickets all of which show in Worldpay but are not showing in the Woocommerce orders section.
There are no “standard” Woocommerce orders missing, only Wootickets orders.
I noticed we had not updated the licenses to point to the live domain rather than the staging domain which has now been done. However this doesn’t seem to be the issue.
I made 2 ticket orders myself. After making the first order it appeared in the orders section, once I made the second ticket purchase it appeared in the orders section but the previous ticket order disappeared.
I haven’t been able to deactivate all other plugins to check for a conflict as I had to leave Woocommerce, Events Calendar / Pro, Wootickets etc active to be able to purchase tickets.
