ParticipantI have just updated woocommerce to 2.013, the events calendar to 3.0.2 and wootickets to 3.0.1 and the option to purchase tickets is no longer on any of my pages? I have reverted back to the 2011 theme and deactivated all other plugins (which were all co-existing fine before the update). I use this ticketing function daily and as such this is now very urgent. Can you please advise?

MemberHi jayc, this is probably the same bug detailed in a number of other threads – we are aware of it and apologize for the inconvenience – and of course we intend to get a substantive fix out there ASAP.
In the meantime, can you use one of the workarounds documented in this thread?
If that doesn’t help, or the problem is slightly different, please just let me know.

ParticipantHi Barry, Thanks for the prompt reply. Yep I have already found that fix and it didn’t work for me. I am not getting any error messages on the pages. Just getting no Ticket purchase area. Nothing is displaying and all plugins have been disabled and have reverted to the 2011 default theme. I have tried reinstalling the older version over top using FTP and nothing changes.
I will include in a private reply my woocommerce system status details.
I’d really appreciate the bug fix asap, its killing my sales..

MemberOK, well the error message won’t be visible in all cases – certainly with the version of WooCommerce Tickets (“WooTickets”) you referenced above it almost certainly will be a problem unless either one of the two fixes from the other thread are in place, or unless you had already created a template override for tickets.php.
That said, if you’re still hitting a problem could you share an example of one of the affected events, both by providing a URL I can look at and a screenshot showing the ticket settings (start and sale dates, quantity, etc)?

ParticipantBrilliant – I had tried the copying the tickets.php fix and that hadn’t worked. I had also used the snippet from another thread and that hadn’t worked. This time I used the snippet from the thread link and we have tickets on sale again.. Am looking forward to the fix and am relaxing now. Thanks for your excellent response, I really appreciate it.
