    Hi. I’m new to wootickets, im using it for a personal project to get the hang out of it…heres my question.. im following all the steps listed in the primer to set up my event and the event is properly set up without problems..

    i used cheque as payment option of choice.. now im waiting for an email confirming my order…

    i recieve nothing, tried it 5 times.. then i go to my order page and change it to complete hoping an email shows up,, nothing again. i change it to resend emails and i still get nothing. im using the latest version of each plugin. whats the issue?

    Hi again, haikdl. Welcome to the community!

    What you’re seeing is a function of WooCommerce where payment options that are not automatically authenticated as having been completed are set to pending until an admin marks them as complete.

    You should be able to see the orders in the WooCommerce Orders list. There, you can move them to “completed” status. Once they have been marked “completed”, the emails you’re expecting will be sent.

    Some user have found this extra step tedious. I know that some folks are using a third-party plugin to automatically mark orders completed. A search of the forums should yield you more information about that.
