Wootickets – not possible to purchase tickets

Help! It’s not possible to sell tickets anymore via HaarlemBeachFestival.nl with the Wootickets plugin. No amount can be added to the cart. Please help out, as it’s very urgent!

Hi there, Miranda! Sorry for the issue here, but I can help you out.

WooCommerce removed the styling for the quantity controls starting in version 2.3, which affects tickets in the WooTickets form. Here’s a post that explains why they chose to do that:

There is a plugin available that helps bring the controls back:

Also, I notice that you are currently running WooTickets 3.9. We released an update just last week that helps solve some compatibility issues with WooCommerce 2.3–I’d suggest updating when you get a chance. 🙂
