ParticipantHi
Having just purchased this add-on its a shame to be hit with this conflict straight away!
I have followed the support guidelines, deactivated everything and reactivated in turn and as soon as Nextgen is enabled boom all tickets disappear from the event page and from the event ‘admin’ page as well although they are still listed in the woocommerce admin area.
From a search of this forum I believe I am not the only on with this issue.
Help!
Thanks H

MemberHi H,
It’s looking like NextGen intercepts WooCommerce Tickets’ database queries, modifies them and the result is no tickets can be found even when they already exist / actually have been created.
As in this thread we are still researching the situation but will get back to you as quickly as we can.
Thank you for your patience!

ParticipantHi Barry
“the result is no tickets can be found even when they already exist / actually have been created.” sums it up nicely.
I Appreciate that you guys are on the case, whats the usual sort of time line on these things? A couple of days, a couple of week? I appreciate that its not any easy one to answer but I am after some guidance so I can explain to others how long its going to be before their ticket solution is online.
Thanks again

MemberHey there moatplayers. Thanks for the follow-up here; I actually addressed this just a moment ago in a separate-but-related thread (in which you’ve also commented): https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/plugins-that-may-conflict-with-wootickets-3-0-2-no-tickets-on-the-event-page/.
Ultimately it’s an issue with that plugin’s codebase that is unfortunately not something easily rectifiable; but I understand if it puts you in a tough position and I apologize for the experience there.
