    Good morning,
I’ve gone through the support and video tutorials, but cannot find information on the following about WooTickets (WooCommerce: Tickets) My apologies if these have already been addressed, but I tried searching on here and cannot find the correct information.

Can you list tickets to have a max purchase of 1? That is, if you purchase event ticket, you can only purchase one. If you need additional, you’d need to purchase separately.
    -or-
Can the ticket purchase be set up where if you DO purchase more than one, there is a set list of fields needed to be completed for each ticket purchased.
Can the ticket options be either/or? That is, you can purchase event ticket or event ticket w/hotel stay – not both.
Can you add custom questions to the registration process?
Can they be Boolean? I.e. If I select ‘Yes’ for something, then as secondary question related to it will display. (Or at least make the field mandatory if ‘Yes’ is selected.
Payment options. In the video it showed cash, cheque or PayPal – what other payment options are there? While we don’t mind a PayPal back-end to process, we don’t want PayPal to be displayed as a payment option, and just allow for MC, Visa and Amex.
SKU – can you pre-define a set number of SKU orders and allow the content owner to select form these from a drop-down or similar, instead of having to enter the SKU manually each time?

Lastly, if there IS documentation addressing this (and perhaps a more indepth explination of WooCommerce: Tickets) if you could point me in the right direction for this, I would appreciate it.
    Thank you in advance

    Hey there Curtis,

I’m sorry you couldn’t find what you were looking for. (Sometimes I have a hard time too. 🙂 )

I can see why you might want the features you are asking for, but many of them are not included out of the box. WooCommerce Tickets is a plugin that depends on WooCommerce for many of its features, and those are beyond our control. Things like your max purchase of one, adding fields that need to be completed as part of the purchase/registration process, and payment options aren’t something that it can do straight away. You might want to check the WooCommerce site to see what options they allow for. What our plugin does is essentially create WooCommerce products (we call them tickets) and attach them to events in the calendar.

I’m not quite sure what your application is, but it sounds a bit more like booking than a calendar. Have you checked out those types of plugins to see if they’d fit your needs?
