WooTickets: Event Organizer Admin Panel

Howdy!

What I would like to do is process transactions and ticket sales on behalf of my customers, “Event Admin”. Event admin users can log-in and view how many sales and the RSVP list only.

In addition, upon a “first sale” or when sales reach various thresholds, an email is triggered to the event admin congratulating them on the sale.

Can this be done with the current release without being a coding ninja?

Side note: Are there any developers that you can refer me to who have experience with WooTickets?

Hi WooMe,

Thanks for getting in touch. Currently WooTickets does not have any built in user role capabilities, so you can’t limit what parts of the WooTickets backend is visible to people who have general dashboard access. There are some different notification settings via WooCommerce, but I don’t believe there is one like you describe that would trigger a congrats at a certain level.

The features you describe might be possible with some customizing, but it may take at least some ninja-like skills to achieve them. The best I can do is give you a list of freelance developers who may be able to help out.
