    Dear Sir !
    I have been installing the event calendar and wooticket , previously it works fine, i am not sure is that compatibility issue or updating issue!! The stock number shown on the purchasing ticket page remains the same after purchasing the ticket. Example after i purchase 2 tickets, original the product have 4 instock .When i get back to the page, the total number of ticket remains 4 after purchase! Means i can infinity buy the ticket !! It was a really big error !

    I am now using
    Event calendar : Version 3.12.1
    Wooticket :Version 3.12
    Woocommerce :Version 2.4.7
    Wordpress: 4.3.1

    Previously it works, but i dont know why it didnt now after upgrading seems the event calendar or wordpress

    Besides, i saw the total sales number at the product at custom field will increase after purchase, and it will also show up the order as usual, but the purchasing page on front end , the total product quantity remains the same.

    I have tried restore the previously version of the event calendar, but still not working.

    Hi,

    Sorry for the issues you are having. I can help troubleshoot this with you.

    Since you downgraded and are seeing the same issue can you confirm that you are marking the orders complete in WooCommerce Orders and that the stock is still not going down?

    Also, what are you using to collect payments?

    In the order itself do you see any error notes for the payment processor?

    I have seen this issue before when PayPal is not correctly connected to your install of WooCommerce.

    One more issue, i saw the total sales at the product attribute is updated, but the displaying total no. of stock on the front end is not deducted. Do you mind helping me for this situation!

    Hi,

    There is setting still in Paypal that need to be correctly setup. I am limited in troubleshooting on that as it is WooCommerce. I would verify with their documentation it is setup:

    Also, are you marking your orders complete?

    And what does the Order Notes say for an Order, it looks something like this in the order:

    Tec order notes

    Please provide all the details for that.
