WooTicket 'Featured' feature won't work?

Hi! I want to display Featured products (tickets) on my homepage.
I have created an event and ticket. I have made this ticket “featured” and set my homepage to display featured products. A standard product will display but not a ticket??
Can this be solved?
If not, how can I simply display my upcoming tickets on my home page?

Hi, danielyaeger. Sorry for your frustration.

Have you checked to make sure you’ve changed the visibility on the ticket in the products catalog? By default, tickets are hidden.

Hi, Daniel. I’m so glad that fixed things for you.

As far as the rationale for hiding the tickets goes, we have found that most users want their tickets separate from the rest of their Woo Shop. That way, the tickets are not separated from the events that they are for. I’m glad that you can have it your way, too!
